Why Mental Health is so important.

So often we hear people talking about taking care of their mental health and so often we
misunderstand the importance of mental health and keeping it healthy.

But firstly, do we know how to identify a problem in mental health? Our mental health completely
affects how we make decisions, how we think, feel and act. It also determines how we handle
certain situations from working under pressure to stress experienced at home. It affects how we
encompass our emotional, psychological and social well-being, that in turn influences our cognition,
perception and behaviour.

So, how do we identify that we are struggling with our mental health? It is not the same with
everyone but be sure to take note of any behavioural changes within yourself or your loved ones.
