Individual counselling or therapy is a one-on-one session between the client and the psychologist in which they focus on ways to work through matters related to mental health, everyday difficulties the client may be experiencing or teaching new skills that are structured specifically to the client’s needs.
Therapy is a collaborative process between the psychologist and the client and a relationship forms the basis for transformation. All Therapy is tailored to the individual’s needs and what fits them. I work with all people, from adolescents to adults in short-term or long-term therapy.
