Experiencing Anxiety

Most of us will get anxious for different reasons, like when we haven’t seen a loved one for a very long time or if we are sitting in a lobby waiting for an interview. But for some people, anxiety is a more serious issue. That handful of people is experiencing Anxiety.

Anxiety includes energy being used to worry about things that are not necessarily real or of things that won’t necessarily happen; an individual is constantly living in fear. The common symptoms of experiencing anxiety are:

• Tension
• Restlessness
• Fatigue
• Irritability
• Sleep disturbance
• Difficulty concentrating

Anxiety is treatable, but experiencing anxiety can have a great impact on someone’s life.
